Products
Products Mosabotnar ehf (Ullarvinnslan Gilhagi Woolmill) are handcrafted and the materials have different characteristics.
Color differences may exist within the same lot number, although we try to avoid it as much as possible, it is caused by mixing several wool fleeces during production. The icelandic sheep breed is mixed color  breed with many colour diffrence between individuals, there can also be considerable color differences in one fleece. During production, we try to mix each lot as much as possible to avoid color differences. Customers are advised to familiarize themselves with the best way to minimize color differences in knitted products.
The buyer must take into account that the products may have minor defects. Efforts are made so yarn with defects is not sold, if any they should only be few centimeters. Splice knots may be on the yarn, They can not be avoided in production.
The wool is not dyed during processing, so the yarn comes in natural colors from the animals. There is a color difference between batches and therefore it is not possible to guarantee the same color when buying the same color at any intervals.
Photos of products are taken at as best possible conditions to seek right most colour. Monitors and screens are different and can give a misleading picture.
Reserved is the right to change prices and to change product types being sold, or stop sell particular product without notice.

Orders
Mosabotnar ehf reserves the right to cancel orders, due to incorrect prices on website, Orders may be confirmed by phone.

Payment
Payment is by credit card in the webstore at checkout.

Product delivery
All orders are processed the next working day. Stock on website should be as accurate, same colour skeins are delivered from the same batch, therefore order may me delayed if new batch needed to be made. If the product is not available or on stock, a service representative will be in contact with you and announce an estimated delivery time. All orders are delivered with Íslandspóstur and their delivery, transportation and insurance terms apply to the delivery. Mosabotnar ehf is thereby not responsible for damage during delivery. The buyer is responsible for damage during transportation from Mosabotnar ehf.
You can choose to pick up at the Gilhaga Woolmill Woolmill visitor center at Gilhagi. Gilhagi- 671 Kópasker-Iceland.
Wait for the confirmation that the order is ready for pickup.

Cancellation right / right to return and refund
The buyer has 14 days to cancel a purchase, as long as he has not used the product and the product is returned in unopened packages and in good order. If the product was in sealed packages, the seal must not be broken. The cancellation period starts when the product has been delived to the receiver. The invoice for the product has to be included in the return. A valid reason for return shall be given. Refund is made in full if the above conditions are met and after the product has been returned. All prices on website are listed in ISK (Icelandic krona). Use currency converter for accurate price in your currency.

Taxes and fees
All prices for domestic Icelandic orders on the website are including VAT and invoices are issued with VAT.
Prices for products shipped outside of Iceland are excluded of VAT and is the buyer responsible for the import VAT. Invoices are issued without VAT.

Confidentiality
The seller holds all information from the buyer in relation to the purchase as confidential. Under no circumstances will information be handed to a third party.
